Trust and security

Confidence is
part of the product.

Money conversations involve trust. We intend to build DueFluent with thoughtful safeguards, transparent permissions, and clear customer control.

Important: DueFluent is a concept-stage website. The principles below are design requirements, not claims of completed security audits, regulatory approvals, or implemented production controls.
◈

Data minimization

Collect only the information needed for the intended workflow, with a documented retention and deletion policy before launch.

✓

Clear approval controls

Design customer-facing messages around clear user settings and explicit exception-handling paths.

▦

Account access

Plan secure authentication, user roles, and audit logs before any customer financial information is processed.

↳

Respectful messaging

Design opt-out handling, sending limits, suppression rules, and compliance reviews into the eventual delivery system.

⌁

Integration safety

Use provider-supported connections with appropriate permissions, rather than collecting account passwords.

◇

No invented certifications

Only claim audits, certifications, encryption controls, and compliance assurances once independently verified.

What works today

A safe place
to explore.

The reminder demo works locally using fictional invoices. The interest form only saves entries within the visitor’s own browser for demonstration. There is no server-side database, messaging provider, banking integration, accounting connection, or payment collection in this bundle.

Before production launch, Muse should connect and test a secure backend, privacy disclosures, compliant communication flows, role-based access, logging, consent handling, data deletion, and customer support processes.
